Health Tips- How To Reshape Your Shoulders with This Exercise

How To Reshape Your Shoulders With This Exercise- Fitness and Health
A well-toned shoulder adds shape to your arms and defines the line of your whole upper body. The basic move is a lateral raise, in which you hold dumbcells in front of your body so that they're facing each other, and then raise arms so they're parallel to the floor, at about shoulder height.

But the following variation works the front of the shoulder, giving you a teardrop definition at the top of the arms. Stand as you would for a lateral parise, but with the hands behind back, palms facing away from body. Raise arms to shoulder height, rotating hands so that palms face the floor. Return to start and repeat.
Do three sets of standard lateral raises with a five-pound weight (try for 12 reps in each set); then two sets of behind-the-back lateral raises.
